Understanding Workers' Compensation

For those that are interested in touching on more knowledge regarding labor and workers' compensation law please look into this course offered at Los Angeles Trade Tech College.  This course will be instructed by Scott Ford and Cherly Wallach from the Law Firm of Ford & Wallach.  AFSCME Local 119 advocates for it's members to more proactive in their pursuit of knowledge especially when it comes to workplace issues so that your supposed superiors do not overstep and infringe upon your rights.
