Rosie Brown

Rosie Brown (she/her) grew up in the Washington, D.C. and Maryland area. She attended the University of Pennsylvania and public policy school at UCLA.

She began working with unions during her freshman year of college. She was an intern with UNITE HERE! After graduating from college, she began working with UAW. She then traveled to Spain and worked with Comisiones Obreras to learn more about the labor movement. She has also worked at the National Domestic Workers Alliance where she learned more about organizing. 

She currently works for Public Counsel, which is a nonprofit public interest law firm. She is a member of AFSCME Local 609.
