Marcus Baisley

Marcus brings over 15 years of experience as a Union Carpenter and more than six years as a Union Representative. He is passionate about craftsmanship, worker advocacy, and community building.

His focus is on supporting our members by providing resources, building strong relationships, and advocating for fair working conditions. He looks forward to conducting site visits, holding regular meetings, and ensuring members have the tools to succeed.
Marcus is a father of two and has been married for ten years. Family is his greatest motivation, inspiring him to serve our members with dedication.

He is excited to work together to strengthen our community and improve workplace conditions for all.
