Local 3183 Counter Proposal Vote

On Wednesday November 19, 2025 a motion was made, seconded and approved by the membership.

The motion is as follows:

Vote to continue with Fact Finding:

YES-
a YES VOTE - AFSCME will continue with Fact Finding

NO- 
a NO VOTE- AFSCME will propose 1 year contract with retro back to July 1, 2025, and reject cert proposal from City, revert to existing language.
